FSS Chapter Merchandise Form

FSS branded material is available to FSS chapters and memorial pins are available for all members.

CHAPTER MERCHANDISE: Chapters can place an order for FSS Merchandise Package (includes 25 FSS t-shirts and 50 FSS pins) for $325 online using the form below or by sending a check to:

AMBASSADOR MERCHANDISE: All trained Ambassadors will receive a t-shirt and pin along with their Ambassador certificate after the training. Donations of $30 are requested to help offset the cost for those unable to contribute.

MEMBER MERCHANDISE: All members can order a memorial pin by sending your loved ones’ name and photo to info@familiesforsafestreets.org. Donations of $5 are requested.
