If you were injured in a crash or care for someone who was, join peers from across the country to discover mind-body practices for resilience and vitality. Learn about the physiology of trauma and explore tools that support your recovery. Crash survivor and trauma yoga practitioner Rebekah Young from Alexandria, VA will lead us in a session to ground ourselves, incorporating some gentle movement and meditation. All abilities and experience levels are welcome. As always, there will be plenty of time to connect with each other.
